We provide a customized approach to each individual, team and organization we work with to help them set meaningful goals and focus on achieving success. Whether we are designing tailored learning experiences for individuals and teams built on positive psychology and strengths-based leadership, or crafting student-focused curriculum and assessment for educators to use in their programs or divisions, our approach is simple: bring out the best in people, teams and organizations.
Hi, I’m Shari Walsh. I have had the pleasure of working within learning and development for 13 years and feel passionately about working with individuals and professionals at all levels to learn their potential and discover their path to success. My educational and professional paths have been life changing for me. These experiences have led me to building a career around intentional program design and supporting others in their educational and professional journeys, to ensure that they are able to intentionally engage, learn about who they are and build a plan for who they want to become.
With a M.A in Student Affairs Administration, I have dedicated 13 years of my life to learning the various layers of the student experience and organizational structures, I hold certifications as a Clifton Strengths coach, and my experience and passion combined leave me excited to explore opportunities to help you improve yourself and your organization! |
