Personal Strengths Coaching
Understanding your personal strengths allows you to understand what your natural talents are, how you can more intentionally leverage them in life and work, and begin to understand the things that bring you the most joy. Depending on your experience with strengths and the goals you would like to achieve from the reflective session, there are a variety of personal coaching options available.
The Introductory Coaching session aims to help you understand the basics of the CliftonStrengths tool and discuss your Top 5 Signature Themes results. You will get a basic overview on how your strengths filter your personal and professional world, and start to identify how being aware of your strengths can help you be more successful. As part of the session you will receive a code to take the CliftonStrengths assessment and a 1-hour coaching session.
The Intermediate Coaching session will dig deeper into your unique strengths and discuss how you can develop those talents to be more productive. The focus of this session will be on ways you can start using your strengths to reach goals and solve problems by developing an intentional action plan. This coaching session will be 1.5 hours.
The Advanced Coaching session will provide you with access to all 34 CliftonStrengths themes, and allow you to better understand which strengths give you energy and enthusiasm, and which ones naturally require more effort. By reflecting on personal examples and experiences, you will begin to understand how to leverage your strengths and be more intentional in how you apply your Signature Themes in everyday life and professionally as well. As part of the session you will receive a code to take the full 34 CliftonStrengths assessment and a 2.5 hour coaching session.
If you have already participated in one of the personal strengths coaching options above and want to continue exploring and applying your strengths, you can select 1-hour Ongoing Coaching sessions as often as you would like.
