Because accomplishing goals takes time.Every day, we think about all the things we need to get done to feel successful and accomplish our goals. As we step into our work – as a professional, educator, parent, manager, team, organization – it becomes clear that we only have so much time in a day and we need to prioritize how we best use it. Far too often it is the time for self-work, team development, or getting an important project to the finish line that gets pushed to the side. Research shows that leaving these needs unattained decreases our overall well-being, engagement and productivity.
With support, tools and strategies to achieve our goals, we can take pause to celebrate our accomplishments, focus on being at our best and have more time for all the other priorities. |

Hi, I'm Sara Wills, a passionate educator, interior design dabbler, pumpkin spice latte enthusiast, and proud fur-baby and toddler mom. Over the course of my 12+ year career, I have been so fortunate to blend together my love of learning with my professional experience in program design and post-graduate research in translating well-being science into practical strategies and tools that cultivate flourishing ecosystems. I love that Pathways allows me to draw on these experiences to help others achieve their personal, professional and organizational goals. Since becoming a parent myself, I am also finding so much joy in helping other caregivers leverage their own unique talents to parent at their best.
It is very important to me that each tailored experience we offer is grounded in theory and practice. When we collaborate, you will notice I draw a lot upon my graduate work in curriculum design and assessment, my certificate in applied positive psychology, and my credentials as a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and Certified Training and Development Professional, to help you maximize your potential and achieve your goals. I am so excited for our team to support you on your pathway to success. |
WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
Incredibly knowledgeable educators and engaging presenters! Their adaptability to our group’s needs has been very helpful and beneficial to the growth and development of our student and professional leaders. I also want to commend their commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion. Their approach is very intentional, patient and willingness to acknowledge potential short falls of Strengths Based Leadership from an EDI lens. Their passion for Strengths really brings this approach to life!

We are so grateful for the support on our curriculum and assessment project. We were mentored, supported and provided with a variety of tools, ideas and strategies to improve our data collection. Pathways really helped shape our next steps for our program and justify the ROI. We will absolutely have Pathways back to review our programs again in the future.
-Jessica L., Algonquin College |
Our government group completed a three-hour workshop with over 65 employees and it was one of the best professional development experiences we have ever had. The staff raved about the presenters, enjoyed the engaging discussions and activities, and still talk about how much they learned about their colleagues as a result. We couldn't be happier with our investment and will definitely have Sara and Shari back for more retreats in the future.
