Shari Walsh (she/her) is a proud dog mom, Autism advocate, lifelong learner and educator. With certifications in strengths and integrative coaching, training, and development, Shari has extensive experience across several post-secondary institutions, nonprofits, government groups, and private organizations.  

​Shari's areas of specialization include people management, leadership, learning and development, academic program coaching, individual and manager coaching, program assessment, and team building.

Sara Wills McLinden

MEd., CPPP, CTDP.  (she/her)
Sara Wills McLinden (she/her) is a passionate educator, interior design dabbler and proud fur- and tiny human mama. Sara, influenced by her graduate work and credentials, is passionate about strengths-based and career coaching, employee engagement, training and development, transformative evaluation, and applied positive psychology.

​Sara's areas of specialization include strengths-based coaching and positive parenting, program and curriculum design, assessment and program review, career discovery, thriving ecosystems, and talent development.

Jeff Burrow

M.Ed., PhD.  (he/him)
​Jeff Burrow (he/him) loves helping folks find the “so-what? now-what?”, and how we can communicate our biggest most complicated ideas and insights in the easiest to follow way.  Jeff is heavily influenced by his graduate education, and ongoing professional development in data visualization.
 
Jeff works with organizations and teams who need to turn data into meaningful stories that inform strategy, decision-making, and change. His areas of specialization include data visualization, survey development, data analysis, designing experiments, benchmarking surveys, and dashboard design.
