New + Emerging Leaders Networking Event (Toronto: Nov 4 @ 5pm EST)

$45.99
Limit 6 per order

What do you bring to leadership? Leadership can feel a little different once you’re actually in it.

The new responsibilities. The people dynamics. The decisions. The moments when you wonder, Am I doing this right? But how we lead isn’t shaped by work alone. We bring our strengths, experiences, relationships and lives outside of work with us.

As part of our Seat at the Leadership Table Series, this event brings new + emerging leaders together at Bellwoods Brewery for a relaxed evening of good conversation, new connections and a chance to explore what you bring to leadership. Before the event, you’ll complete the CliftonStrengths assessment to discover your Top 5 strengths.

During the evening, we’ll use those results as a starting point for conversation, exploring what you bring, what has shaped you and how you want to show up as a leader. You’ll meet other people navigating leadership, create your own Leadership Identity Card, and have the chance to put a real question or challenge on the Leadership Table for perspectives from the room.

Your $45.99 + HST ticket includes:

  • CliftonStrengths Top 5 assessment code to learn your Top 5 Strengths

  • Your Leadership Identity Card

  • Guided leadership conversations + intentional connection

  • Plenty of time to mingle

  • Your first drink + appetizers

Not quite a workshop. Not quite a networking event. No presentation to sit through. No elevator pitch required. Just a chance to meet other leaders, have conversations that actually go somewhere and leave knowing a little more about what you bring to leadership.

Come as you are. Bring your questions, your wins and the things you’re still figuring out. There’s room for all of it at the table.

📍 Bellwoods Brewery | 124 Ossington Ave, Toronto
